I often cycle around North Wales and recently cycled up the wonderful Great Orme. It was a crazy windy day and as I approached the top I watched a couple of seagulls taking off directly into the wind. I was fascinated how their wings were twitching and adjusting to the variable wind. It was amazing. No panic, just a belief and trust in their wings and the ability to adjust and enjoy.
